A teacher who was shot at a school in Uwald, Texas, has criticized the police in that country. He called the police “cowards” for delaying action when gunmen opened fire on students.

In an interview with ABC News, he said that during the shooting, he advised the students to pretend to be frozen.
Eleven people were killed when the teacher and students in the classroom were armed.
