• Salt for taste 

• Oil 

• Cumin powder 1 tablespoon

• Dry ginger powder 2 tablespoons 

• Lime juice

• Cashew powder 2-3 tablespoons 

• Basin half cup 

• Egg yolk 2

• Coriander leaves 

• Onion slices 

• Hot Sauce 

To prepare seekh kebab, mix chicken and meat in a bowl. Add all other ingredients except egg yolk, basin, and oil. Knead it well. Now add basin and egg yolk and mix thoroughly. Cover and leave for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Clean the skewers and grease with butter or oil. Now adjust the kebab around the skewer and grill it over a preheated griller. 2 minutes before cooking, apply barbecue sauce or hot sauce. garnish with coriander and onion rings and served with sauce.

• Minced chicken 500g 

• Cashew powder 3 tablespoons 

• Fresh cream 1 cup

• Paprika 

• Chili powder 2 tablespoons 

• Garlic and ginger paste 2 tablespoons 

• Dry ginger powder 1 tablespoon

• Cumin powder 1 tablespoon

• Salt

• Oil 

• Egg yolk 

• Large size onion 

• Bread crumbs 

To prepare, take a large bowl and mix all the ingredients. Now add the breadcrumbs blend well and leave for 1 hour. Oil the skewers and make kebabs with wet hands. Backed in a preheated oven and served with yogurt or mint sauce

• Boil potatoes 1 cup 

• Boil peas 1 cup 

• Carrot, capsicum, cabbage 1 cup each

• Onion finely chopped half cup 

• Chopped green chilies half cup

• Chili powder 2 tablespoons 

• Salt 

• Cumin powder 1 tablespoon

• Paprika 

• Tomatoes half cup 

• Lime juice 2 tablespoons 

• Oil 

• Egg 1 

• Bread crumbs 

• Minced chicken 1 cup (optional)

• Flour half cup

Dipitt ketchup to serve as a sauce with these yummy snacks. 

Take flour in a pan and fry it without oil till light golden appearance. Remove it and take it aside. Now heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and fry all the vegetables with onion and green chilies. Pour it into a bowl. Add boiled potatoes, peas, flour, and all other spices. Mixed boil minced chicken. Blend all the ingredients to get a smooth dough. Give seekh kebab shape and shallow fry.
