Method 1 – Start by Upgrading Windows Firewall

- Enter Control firewall.cpl using Windows + R.

Method 2- Restart QB Database Server Manager Service

Method 4 – Verify the Hosting Settings of the User’s Workstation and the Server
- First, open QuickBooks on the user’s computer and then click the File tab.
- Click on the File tab, and then click Utilities. Select Stop Hosting Multi-User access if enabled
