Taxpayers essentially bailed out General Motors (a private company) and their union, but soon they didn’t bail out Detroit, they also had a union. This got us thinking for a second; however General Motors (GM) paid almost $10 billion. If Detroit was abandoned by the US government, would it foot the bill? Probably not, they simply have no tax base or עורך דין תמ”א and have so much debt that it doesn’t make sense to even argues against it, despite the analogy. Let’s talk about it.
There was an interesting TED Talk published on December 16, 2013 titled; “Tony Griffin: A New Vision for Rebuilding Detroit,” which states; “Once America’s industrial powerhouse, Detroit has recently become known in the public imagination as a grotesque ruin, crumbling and crumbling. But urban planner Tony Griffin asked us to take another look.
Well, yes, we can look at that and the street violence and years of decay that are partly to blame on the parties and union conditions in government. But you may be wondering what others are saying about all this?
Well, says RiotHouseLP (YouTube Handle);
“Here’s my solution for Detroit. Think about all your public buildings, especially the labor-intensive ones. Then build new and smaller, more environmentally friendly public buildings that can work for public employees. Reduce your taxes. “It is. Citizens, in institutions, in things as you see fit. People should stick to what they see, not take it away. Stop getting state aid cards, and stop your prison sentence.”
Okay then, think about it – casting the city as an example of a failed socialist city-state is actually a brilliant idea. Neighborhoods currently undergoing urban renewal in the central part of downtown will retain non-government funding. Sorry, the increase in socialist spending is leading to calls for drastic action. In the meantime, I encourage everyone to read the December 17, 2013 article in the WSJ titled; “Tax receipts pile up in first city – Detroit case means big money for lawyers, consultants; $238,000 for art research,” by Matthew Dolan and Emily Glazer

He became the leader of the Young England movement,
Which included that wing of the Conservative Party known as the Romantic Tories. Ambitious conservatives were politicians who were critical of the effects of the Industrial Revolution taking place in Great Britain at the time. They believed that the monarchy and the church were the natural protectors of agricultural and industrial workers and were suspicious of the desire to destroy traditional care responsibilities in Industrial Revolution Britain.He also opposed the free trade policies of his colleague Sir Robert Peel. Instead of controlling the price of wheat and other types of grain by imposing tariffs on imported grain, Disraeli advocated protectionism for עורך דין התחדשות עירונית and industry. In later days Disraeli largely stopped supporting protectionism, coming to the conclusion that the Corn Laws favored landowners at the expense of the poor.
