Walmart Automotive is a local automotive repair company in the small town of Driscoll. We have been repairing cars for over 16 years and offer everything from smog checks to brake jobs. Our ASE certified technicians can fix most anything from a broken radiator hose to a new engine. If you need us, we’re here for you!
We’re open Monday through Friday 8 AM – 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM – 12 PM.

Walmart Automotive is closed on most major holidays and some days when staff attendance is low. Our busiest days of year are generally Wednesday and Saturday, so be sure to call ahead before visiting if those days fall on a holiday weekend or during bad weather. Additionally, if Christmas falls on a Sunday (as it does every three years) that day will not count as one of our regular opening days since many people choose to spend Sundays with their families rather than working around town. Furthermore, we are also closed if there is severe weather that forces local school districts to stay closed–so always check beforehand!

Safety and Security During Closure
Walmart Automotive will be closing on Fridays and Sundays to give our employees some time off during these busiest times of the year. The business will also be closed during winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve). Check our hours page for holiday schedule and the hours of operation before visiting. Business Continuation Plan
Should the unthinkable happen and something should happen to me before I can take my company to its fullest potential, here are some possible courses of action for continuity. In order to ensure that Walmart Automotive can live on, there are three steps I am taking in this plan:
1) Instruct an Executor how to handle estate assets
2) Make certain the will is correctly executed with a testator attorney’s assistance. It is important that I discuss all arrangements with my executor, so they know exactly what my desires are when it comes to the future of Walmart Automotive.
3) Provide detailed instructions on how my stocks should be distributed
Commemorative Merchandise
Due to the cold weather, Walmart Automotive will be closing early on December 23rd. Starting December 24th until January 3rd, we will be open from 10am to 7pm on weekdays and 11am to 5pm on weekends. Please accept our best wishes for the holiday season to all of our customers!
-As of December 8th, Walmart has officially gone ‘Christmas shopping crazy’. The store is being decked out in Christmas decoration for the whole holiday season and there are even tiny trees inside with presents under them (the gift-wrapping tables are completely booked as well).
-December 17th is starting off with beautiful sunrises at 6 am, which means that it’s time for Walmart’s doors to open at 7 am.
Conclusion
At Walmart Automotive, there are three shifts that our employees work. The first shift works from 7 AM to 3 PM, the second shift works from 3 PM to 11 PM, and the third shift works from 11 PM to 7 AM. Our employees can schedule their own schedules for a four-day work week or a five-day work week. We offer unlimited time off in addition to sick time and vacation days. Employees are also able to change their schedule at any point during the year.
