Unfortunately, it is a bitter truth that just like adults’ kids are also suffering from frustration these days. We all adults are well aware of the effects of frustration. It breaks the self confidence in so many pieces that the person suffering from frustration becomes useless in his/her own vision and usually starts to assume about himself/herself that he/she is of no use. Doesn’t matter how bad it is but it is a constant part of our lives. Teaching kids, handling the frustration can be very beneficial for their academic life and personal life too. This frustration has not only bothered the students but school managements also suffer from it because wherever excessive pressure exists their frustration rules. So, the best way for the students is to control their breath while being in frustrating situations, this provides control over the blood circulation and helps in attaining a normal state of mind.
